From the painting series “ A conversation Between Two Women”

The painting series A Conversation Between Two Women was born out of an encounter with a French woman, an encounter that deeply touched me and raised questions about emotions, intimacy, fear, and the differences between the two cultures we came from.
When I met her, I felt I was standing before a woman who carried an entire world of emotions within her, yet struggled to express them. It seemed to me that, over the years, she had learned that emotions should be kept hidden, protected, and never revealed to a stranger. As if emotions were something so private that sharing them with another person could become threatening.
The series was born out of the silence that developed between us. Through my imagination, I tried to create a conversation that never took place.
